How Cin7 integrates with SpotlightTo trade with Spotlight, you must be ready to send and receive transaction documents electronically, conforming to the company’s EDIFACT EDI standards. Cin7 is fully compliant to send and/or receive all your required transaction documents, including:
- ORDERS—Cin7 translates Spotlight purchase orders as individual sales orders in Cin7.
- ORDRSP—You can send Spotlight a confirmation that the order is fully accepted or rejected.
- DESADV—Cin7 translates advanced shipping notices into EDI, letting you tell Spotlight when to expect delivery.
- INVOIC—You can send Spotlight invoices for dispatched items right from Cin7.
- CONTRL—You can send and receive functional acknowledgments confirming messages have been received.
