If you're not familiar with the system enough in the beginning get some help. It's not straightforward at all. It's an incredibly complex task to get all of this together into one single place and to have it working the way it's supposed to. So ask for help. Basically, you can't do it yourself.
I would recommend SMB Consultants. They are very responsive and very thorough in everything that you do. Deepak is awesome, he's super friendly and always keen to help out whenever there's any issue.
It's definitely worth the investment.

I was really blown away actually, with these steps I felt like it was much more transparent and I knew exactly I knew what to expect. It's been great because they take the guesswork out of it and they just hold your hand through the whole process and really help you way past the implementation process.

I think what impressed me the most about the SMB team is that they really know a wholesale business. They knew exactly how I was running my business and I do remember thinking this is really great because Jeff was the first person that could fully understand all the different pain points in my business. I know that without SMB's help, I definitely wouldn't be where I am now. It's fairly obvious and I think I'd still be fumbling around and getting frustrated, to be honest.
