The main challenge was adjusting to a completely different way of working. Cin7 is not Sage and you quickly realise that what you knew before does not necessarily apply. There is a learning curve and you have to invest time in understanding how the system works and how it wants you to operate. Malcolm at ITEBS was very helpful in getting us set up properly. We had struggled with the production process in Cin 7 Core when co-manufacturers delivered goods in different stages. We had been going through support to resolve this, but as it involved complex accounting questions, they suggested bringing in one of their partners, ITEBS, who after a few sessions we were able to put it through its paces to see the corresponding financial in Xero and tweaked the system to get it to work. I would recommend ITEBS to get the best out of Cin 7 Core.
