In depth advice in customising Cin7 Core for our business

We are a niche food manufacturer with a number of distribution hubs. We chose Cin7 Core as it has the capacity to grow with our business. We did our own installation but soon found issue arising from that original set up. We contacted ITEBS who were able to fix some immediate issues and then advise us on some more complex accounting functions. Where Cin 7 Core wasn't able to fulfil a particular function, they then developed work around to set the desired result.

We had gone live with Cin 7 core for a few months but we still faced teething problems as the system wasn't responding in the way we would have expected. We needed specialist assistance so contacted ITEBS. Once we had invited them to our system, they quickly got a number of things fixed and improved the way we worked. We had struggled with the production process in Cin 7 Core when co-manufacturers delivered goods in different stages. We had been going through support to resolve this, but as it involved complex accounting questions, they suggested bringing in one of their partners, ITEBS, who after a few sessions we were able to put it through its paces to see the corresponding financial in Xero and tweaked the system to get it to work. I would recommend ITEBS to get the best out of Cin 7 Core.
