We migrated from a desktop version of Quickbooks to DEAR and XERO. Iridium were fantastic not only at managing the complexities of the migration but training us up on the new systems and coaching on how we can utilise them to improve processes within our business and gain efficiencies. The software is easy to use and it integrates seamlessly with Xero. Iridium Business Solutions provided a great service and they helped with the setup and training on DEAR. I highly recommended DEAR for anyone that has a manufacturing business.

We make use of DEAR Inventory in a lodge environment with multiple locations/warehouses. We use the DEAR WHM and POS applications. DEAR integrates well with Xero (e.g. supplier balances, VAT, etc. pulls through correctly). Our team finds DEAR Inventory user-friendly. We like that DEAR has the ability to do batch imports. Iridium Business Solutions helped us with the initial setup and staff training. They are really good with responding to your queries and the staff are friendly.
