Diego and Matthew and the team were great in helping us migrate our ERP into cin7. We felt as though they took the time to understand our needs, provided a good recommendation to switch to cin7 and were prompt in getting the data into cin7.

Halkin (Diego!) has been a great resource for us as we navigate CIN7. I think the most important aspect they bring to the table is helping us understand the best way to utilize CIN7 for our specific business needs, as well as being able to educate us on how CIN7 works as I didn't feel our CIN7 onboarding team did much to onboard us and set us up for success. I have dealt with 3 divisions of Halkin. The division that provides Cin7 support is brilliant. The Halkin support team have aced it. They are always ready to help. They always have the answer, or at least gets it eventually. Their support channel is very alive. someone is always watching and monitoring their support email. or at least this is how I felt. keep up the good work

Halkin was recommended to me when I originally moved over to Cin 7. I thought we could manage it in house but a few days in I realised we were in over our head and I contacted Diego. Diego was great at communicating what we needed to do in a simple way which made it easy for us to understand. We realised Halkin was a good fit with our business and had no regrets at all in choosing them. Everything migrated over seamlessly and now use them for ingoing support.
