Kevin from Hawk was instrumental in making sure Cin7 Core was a perfect match for us and then implemented it. We had a flawless implementation experience with all the nuances I business has, which includes 4 3PL's across the globe with multiple teams working in conjunction and all of it flowing through Cin7 which was managed by Hawk. Establishing 15+ markets from Amazon and having the correct locations, currencies, rules in place was a gruesome task but Kevin made it possible. Great job Hawk!
Omni to Core Transition

We made the decision to move from Omni to Core due to some difficulties we were facing and we were recommended to Kevin from Hawk from a shared contact who had already used Kevin for two other Core implementations. The transition was smooth and we covered all areas of concern. Hawk has continuously been providing support and are straightforward to work with and have a can do attitude. Happy to recommend them if you are interested in setting up Core to the best of it's abilities or support!

Worked with Kevin to implement Cin7 Core for a high volume and high-end chocolate manufacturing business. We are lucky to have had Kevin assist us through this process to implement the Advanced Manufacturing module of Core and rolling it out to our production floor. We hit a snag with the MRP roll out and Kevin jumped straight into the issue to try and resolve with the Development team at Cin7 to enhance it for us as potentially other users. Overall a success and the system will be of great use
