We were led to believe that our 3PL partner had developed an API that integrated to Cin7. After signing contracts we learned that they were using 3rd party shipping software to act as an API to connect with Cin7. What was worse, our 3PL partner had little to no experience with the 3rd party shipping software leaving all the initial setup to us! Luckily BlueHub were able to quickly confirm that the claimed API didn't exist and helped with the initial setup & integration of the software with Cin7.

From the first conversation, BlueHub immediately understood our requirements and gave us confidence that they could help us to implement Cin7. Within 24 hours of that first conversation, we had an outline of an implementation plan and the steps needed.
